Clinics
Baseball Clinics:
Our baseball clinics help players of all levels reach their full potential on the field. Our experienced trainers will guide your player through drills and exercises designed to improve technique and improve their performance. With our programs, we emphasize basic skills such as hitting, fielding, running bases, speed and agility, base running, and stealing bases.
Our clinics are designed to be fun and energizing while still providing the highest quality instruction. We offer a safe environment for athletes of all ages . Our trainers work closely with each player to ensure they get the most out of every session and understand the basic concepts and techniques being taught.

Our Mission is to offer individual and team lessons as well as clinics with trainers who are dedicated to helping each athlete reach his or her goals. Our trainers are passionate about delivering excellence in sports instruction, competition and training, while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork discipline and leadership. We strive to help our players discover their passion, improve their skills, and reach their goals through hard work, dedication and fun.

Rules & Code of Conduct for Parents & Players
Opening Statement
The Bayshore Warriors Baseball Organization is committed to developing athletes who excel on the field, demonstrate respect off the field, and represent our organization with pride.
Player Rules & Expectations
- Respect the Game
- Treat teammates, opponents, coaches, Staff members and umpires with respect at all times.
- No arguing with umpires; only coaches may question calls.
- Commitment
- Attend all practices, games, and team events unless excused in advance.
- Arrive on time, properly equipped, and ready to play.
- Sportsmanship
- Celebrate success with humility and handle losses with dignity.
- No taunting, profanity, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
- Effort & Attitude
- Give 100% effort in practice and games.
- Maintain a positive attitude, even during tough moments.
- Team First
- Put the team above personal goals.
- Shared playing time decisions are made by the coaching staff for the benefit of the team. No Specific playing time is guaranteed
- Academics & Conduct Off the Field
- Maintain good academic standing.
- Conduct outside of baseball should reflect the Warrior values of respect, honesty, and integrity.
Parent Rules & Expectations
- Sideline Conduct
- Cheer positively and encourage all players.
- No coaching from the stands — allow the coaching staff to direct the team.
- Respect umpires, even when you disagree with calls.
- Communication
- Address concerns privately with coaches after games or practices, never during.
- Use the 24-hour rule before raising complaints or sensitive issues with the Coaching Staff. Or the Executive Board
- Support of Players
- Promote hard work, responsibility, and sportsmanship at home.
- Ensure your child arrives on time and prepared for practice and games.
- Team Community
- Volunteer when possible for team needs (Scorekeeping, Game Changer, Transportation, Fundraising).
- Show Respect toward other parents and families at all times.
- Show Respect toward the coaching staff and organization executive staff at all times
- Zero Tolerance Policy
- No use of tobacco, or drugs at practices, games, or team events.
- No abusive language, yelling at officials, the organization executive staff, coaches, or players.
Disciplinary Actions
- First Offense: Verbal warning from coach, team director or organization executive staff member
- Second Offense: Suspension from a game or team event.
- Third Offense: Removal from the organization with No Refund
